A Few Things To Note:

The trash service has changed! Bagged trash is to be taken to the Red Oak Sanitation can at the the end of the dirt driveway. DO NOT leave trash in any other cans as it will not be hauled off.

​

• Extra supplies such as paper products, shampoo and blankets can be found in the master bedroom closet.  If these supplies are low or out – please report it or replace it.

• The second master bedroom closet has 2 floor mattresses, a vacuum and drying racks.

• The Wi-Fi and SlingTV passwords are located in the cabinet to the right of the fireplace.

• The Green Egg takes lump charcoal only – do not use lighter fluid or Kingsford type charcoal.  If you use the last of the charcoal – please report it or replace it.

• A few kitchen items we try to keep stocked is cooking oil, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt & pepper.  If you use the last of these items, please report or replace it.

 

About The Boats:

 

• Turn off the boat batteries after use.  These are located under the rear seat of both boats.

• DO NOT leave the boats empty or low on gas. 

• If you use the gas cans in the garage to refill the boat – please refill the cans.

• Return the boat keys to the hook on the wall.

• If the boats are no operating properly – please report it.

 

A Few Housekeeping Items:

 

• Please take out trash, start dishwasher and remove perishables from refrigerator before you leave.  The housekeeper comes on Mondays.

• Leave beds unmade so the housekeeper knows to wash them.

• If you use all or most of the towels, please wash a load before you leave.  You can leave them in the dryer.

• Report any missing or broke items.

• Plug in the golf cart before you leave.

 

If you cannot clean, repair or replace something before you leave – IT’S OK!  PLEASE JUST REPORT IT!

 

No one wants to arrive to a dirty, damaged home or make extra, unplanned trips to the store to replace necessities.

 You will be reimbursed for any replacements you make – send your receipts or report any issues to Laura
